📢 Finance Manager | Healthcare | Strategic FinanceWe’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing healthcare services organization and play a critical role in driving strategic and operational decision-making.This position partners closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, and growth teams to scale the business, improve financial performance, and support mission-driven healthcare delivery.🚀 What You’ll DoLead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across clinics, regions, and service linesBuild and maintain financial models for expansion initiatives, provider hiring, and new servicesAnalyze clinic-level economics (utilization, reimbursement, patient volume)Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that improve efficiency and profitabilitySupport strategic initiatives such as market expansion, M&A, and service line growthDevelop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and business healthPresent insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholdersDrive ad hoc analysis and independently structure complex business problems✅ Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5–8 years of experience in finance (Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or FP&A preferred)Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysisAdvanced Excel skills✅ Mandatory: Strong experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting)Ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into actionable business insightsExcellent communication skills with experience presenting to leadershipStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
