Service Coordination and Administrative Assistant

Job OverviewAs the Service Coordinator & Bilingual Administrator, you will be the operational hub for a multi-state field service team. Your primary mission is to ensure that our four to five technicians are scheduled efficiently while providing a high-touch, professional experience for our homeowners. You will act as a critical linguistic bridge, using your English and Spanish fluency to resolve communication gaps between the field and the client.Job HighlightsSchedule (Central Time Zone – US):Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)Wednesday: OFFThursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PMWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate appointment scheduling for four to five field technicians across four statesServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, handling incoming and outbound calls professionallyFacilitate bilingual communication (Spanish and English) between technicians and homeowners to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain organized scheduling calendars to optimize technician routes and availabilityAssist with QuickBooks data entry, transaction categorization, and record preparation during downtime periodsSupport administrative tasks such as compiling documentation for workers' comp audits and insurance reviewsRequirements:Fluency in both Spanish and English with strong verbal communication skills in each languagePrior experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or administrative support rolesFamiliarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plusHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and a professional phone mannerIndependent Contractor PerksHMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobSide NoteThis is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
