This position requires a high level of experience and handling of a forklift.Duties/ Responsibilities:Verify current silo mixRecognize differences in materials in usePull accurate material and fill appropriate ratio of materials into silosPlan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.Sort Pallets (Good / Broken / Foreign) Move to storage after fullSort used bagsCheck Dryer tanks – Temp, Fill levels, Flow, D.P. ReadingsClean Dust Tanks and SocksClean Tanks / Vacuum Pump areasCheck Regrind bagsClean and organize various sized cardboard cores.Assist Extrusion Operators with machine shutdown/startupAssist with clean up of purgeAssist with Roll ChangesAssist with Screen ChangesAdhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.Performs other related duties, as assigned.Requirements:Required Skills/Abilities:Experience in a manufacturing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
