As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant on our PPM team, you'll partner with sales to help enterprise clients evaluate, adopt, and get genuine value from Broadcom Clarity, Rally, and related Agile and PPM tools.This role is a strong fit for someone who has lived inside Clarity, whether as an admin, implementer, or PPM-focused project manager, and is ready to spend less time running projects and more time helping organizations choose and shape the right solution. We'll invest in growing your pre-sales skills. You bring the Clarity expertise and the willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering Lead functional and technical discovery sessions to understand client portfolio management practices, Agile maturity, and business challenges Design and configure tailored demo environments aligned to client use cases Deliver tailored product demonstrations of Clarity, Rally, and related solutions (e.g., Smartsheet, Planview tools) that connect product capability to real business outcomesBuild and maintain reusable demo environments and assetsSupport implementation scoping, including effort estimation and solution alignment Solution Design & Client AdvisoryTranslate discovery findings into business requirements and solution recommendations Serve as a trusted technical voice throughout the sales cycle, from the first conversation, handoff, to account expansionProvide ongoing advisory alongside Account Managers as clients evolve their PPM and Agile practices (SAFe, Lean, and Scrum) Partner with clients to align solutions with their strategic goals and operating models Internal Collaboration & Enablement Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to keep the customer lifecycle alignedSupport marketing efforts where it makes sense, including webinars, blog contributions, and events, as your interests developShare what you learn with the broader team and help us all get betterTechnology & Environment Management Stay current with new product releases and capabilities across Broadcom, Planview, and related platforms Pursue relevant pre-sales certifications (Broadcom, Planview). Winmill supports the time and cost Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience with Clarity PPM and/or Agile management solutions Hands-on Clarity expertise in configuration, administration, or implementation, not just end-user familiarityExperience delivering software demonstrations and presentations to prospective clientsComfort working in Agile environments and conversant in frameworks like Scrum or SAFe (formal certification not required)Strong communication and stakeholder skills. You can hold your own with PMO leads, IT directors, and executivesCuriosity about why organizations make the PPM choices they do, not just how the tools workHelpful but not RequiredBachelor’s degree in a technology, business, related field, or degree equivelant experienceFamiliarity with Rally, Smartsheet, Planview, or similar PPM tools Experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and client environments Relevant product certifications (Broadcom, Planview, etc.)  Success Metrics Conversion of net new logos through effective solution engineering support  Quality and effectiveness of product demonstrations and client engagements  Accuracy and completeness of solution designs and implementation scoping  Client satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes  Contribution to reusable assets, demos, and internal enablement  Why this role might be your next stepIf you've been a Clarity-focused PM, admin, or consultant and you're ready to move into a more strategic, client-facing role, even without a \"pre-sales\" title on your résumé, we want to talk.
