Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nPlan and execute engineering projects involving equipment, tooling, and process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.\nManage capital projects from justification (CAPR) through procurement, installation, programming, training, documentation, and production support within budget constraints.\nCoordinate project resources and design reviews, overseeing technical studies, specifications, layouts, and product testing for efficiency and quality.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine equipment specifications, secure quotes, manage tooling supplies, and optimize manufacturing capabilities and processes.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required) with minimum 2 years experience (preferred).\nAbility to gather and analyze information to develop solutions and in turn develop strategies to achieve organizational goals.\nPreferred Experience Includes: 5+ years experience with manufacturing process review/development including strong understanding of lean process improvements – Experienced with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC and computer controls – Experienced with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks modeling software – Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP Certifications\nCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\nMore about us:\nABB’s NEMA Motors Division is the global leading electric NEMA motors manufacturer.
