If you would like the work you do every day to contribute to future of families in our communities and globally, then we encourage you to apply.\nKey Activities\nEnsuring that projects are organized and delivered on time on budget and within scope\nCoordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors, and with other contractors for the flawless execution of project\nCommunicate regularly with electrical and general contractors to coordinate and manage schedules and project information.\nObtain all project documents such as permits, submittals, plans, specs, cut sheets, O&M materials, & as-builts\nUtilize and manipulate project management software to follow the project process and manage resources and people for a successful project.\nResearching product information and needs for installation\nCreate list of project materials to be ordered\nPerform periodic job walks when needed\nCreate and organize project information for technicians and programmers\nConducting/coordinating project billing\nCreate and manage projects to meet installation goals and forecasting details\nPrepare project equipment to be delivered or taken by techs from shop as needed\nReview job tracking on a regular basis to be able to spot if/where/why projects are not meeting or beating budget\nSchedule inspections as needed\nOrganize and implement change orders when being made aware of scope of work change\nUpdate monthly project invoice tracking sheet and project schedule of values for manager’s financial report on a daily basis\nCoordinate schedules of project team (design, programming, technicians, subcontractors) as needed for the projects\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Project Management or 3+ years of prior project management experience in the construction or security industry\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills\nExcellent problem solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking\nStrong ability to coordinate many moving pieces into a seamless process\nStrong ability to prioritize time and project needs\nAbility to adapt to change in order to meet project goals\nMust have experience using software to organize tasks and conduct business\nExperience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications\nBasic budgeting and financial forecasting skills\nBenefits\nAll training and materials provided\n8 hours per year of paid community volunteering hours\nPaid vacation and holidays\n401K (Traditional or Roth plan) – company matches 50% on the dollar up to 10% of wage\nHealth, Life, Dental, Vision insurance paid for our employees\nEmployee Assistance Program\nClasses and opportunities for personal enrichment.\nCompany branded clothing allowance of $125 per year\nFree installation and monitoring of employee’s home alarm system\nAll training and materials provided\nPlease forward me your Resume with contact information and we will contact qualified candidates to begin our interview process.
