You will play a critical role in ensuring our financial management remains accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities of BookkeeperOversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliationsLead month‐end and year‐end closing processesMonitor day‐to‐day performance of the accounting departmentOrganize financial data into actionable insights and maintain accurate recordsTrack progress toward financial and accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with organizational targetsOversee information technology needs related to accounting; collaborate with integrated software platforms and external IT partnersRequired Skills & Qualifications of BookkeeperProven experience as a BookkeepingAssociates or Bachelor degree requiredStrong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, relevant laws, and regulationsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets, charts, formulas)Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage large data setsHigh attention to detail and accuracyEffective workload prioritization and organizational skillsExperience with Quickbooks is requiredBookkeeping experience (3 years preferred)Compensation & Benefits of Lead BookkeeperBonus opportunitiesHealth insuranceDental insurance401(k) with matchingPaid time offYearly Compensation $65,000 - $80,000 plus benefits#INJUN2026
