Construction Inspector

Earles Engineering & Inspection (EEI) is seeking a full-time Construction Inspector to operate out of our office in Pittsburg or McPherson, KS. We are looking for someone who can create various inspection documents including change orders, pay vouchers, inspection logs, ect. We would prefer someone with KDOT LPA certifications and is familiar with concrete testing requirements, but not required. We expect the candidate to be able to: · Work with clients and contractors · Be able to talk with homeowners about the project · Prepared detailed inspection reports · Prepare change orders and pay vouchers for various projects · Knowledge of AUTOCAD 3D a plus Requirements include: · 2 years inspection experience · Strong written and verbal communication skills EEI is a certified DBE and WBE firm with offices in McPherson, Pittsburg, Abilene and Liberal Kansas and is opening an office in Kansas City MO.
