This position reports directly to the project’s Lead Foreman & Project Manager and is critical to ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of field activities.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Perform material conformance QA/QC in accordance with submittals, shop drawings, and project specifications\n* Process Time & Material (T&M) daily slips\n* Assist Foremen with drawing updates (bulletins)\n* Support payroll, time tracking, and productivity measurement\n* Assist with job site documentation, including pre-task plans, JHAs, and toolbox talks\n* Draft, submit, and track RFIs\n* Manage supplier orders, including PO tracking and delivery tickets\n* Coordinate subcontractors and vendors\n* Maintain material status reports and procurement logs\n* Complete and organize safety documentation\n* Support punch list completion and QA/QC reporting\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\n* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\n* Effective communication and teamwork skills\n* Proficiency in construction documentation and project coordination is preferred\n\n*Growth Opportunity*\n\nThis position offers significant opportunity for professional growth.
