Pay is structured to reflect consistent miles and steady freight availability.Home Time & ScheduleDrivers receive a 48-hour reset every two weeks, with select lanes offering more frequent home time. Scheduling is built to provide predictability while maintaining consistent freight movement.Freight & EquipmentFreight consists of dry van loads with 100% no-touch handling. Most loads are drop-and-hook, supporting efficient turn times.Equipment includes late-model 2017–2022 Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, all equipped with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters.
