Their day will also include upgrading and troubleshooting existing systems, providing Tier 2/3 support, documenting their work, and contributing to disaster recovery planning.They will be working closely with their team, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross‐functional teams, juggle multiple projects at once, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
