subassemblies according to customer specifications, engineering drawings, and production requirements.\n\nThis position requires hands-on brazing experience along with the ability to work with assembly tools, fixtures, blueprints, and inspection equipment.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform brazing of components and assemblies according to work instructions and customer specifications\nPrepare parts and materials for brazing, including cleaning, positioning, and fitting components\nAssemble mechanical and sheet metal components using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment\nInspect brazed joints and completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and proper fit\nRead and follow blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions\nIdentify defects or inconsistencies and communicate quality concerns\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nFollow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines\nAssist with additional assembly and production duties as needed\nQualifications\nPrevious brazing experience required\nInduction brazing experience preferred\nMinimum of 1 year of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience\nAbility to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions\nExperience using hand tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment\nStrong attention to detail and visual quality inspection skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a production team\nAerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred\nSoldering experience is a plus\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nMust be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to perform detailed visual inspections with corrected vision of 20/20\nAbility to lift up
