The unmatched range of their product portfolio enables companies, large and small, to turn ideas into technology that can transform how the world works and lives tomorrow.As a Manager I – Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for...Lean Deployment & StrategyDeveloping and executing site-level continuous improvement and our client deployment plans aligned with business and operational goals.Leading implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work, Visual Factory, etc.).Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the plant through structured initiatives and training.Leadership & Capability BuildingMentoring and supporting our client practitioners and Kaizen facilitators.Training employees, leadership, and staff on Lean tools and methodologies.Promoting lean thinking, operational excellence, and problem-solving capabilities across teams.Project & Performance ManagementLeading continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.Monitoring project progress, track performance metrics, and ensure achievement of operational targets.Managing deployment plans at both site and functional levels.Tracking, validating, and reporting cost savings and operational improvements.Operational ExcellenceDeveloping value stream maps and implement improvement strategies.Facilitating Kaizen events and ensure sustainability of improvements.Identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve quality, and optimize processes.Ensuring visibility and accountability of improvement actions across stakeholders.Stakeholder CollaborationPartnering with site leadership to meet operational and financial goals.Communicating progress, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives effectively.Replicating best practices and share success stories across the organization.What you already have...EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (required)Master’s degree (preferred)Experience5–7 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial engineering3–5 years of hands-on Lean/Continuous Improvement experienceProven track record of driving successful Lean transformations and delivering measurable resultsExperience leading value stream-level improvement initiativesTechnical & Functional SkillsStrong expertise in Lean tools: 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work, TPM, Visual FactoryKnowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC)Experience in process improvement and operational excellence programsUnderstanding of Theory of Constraints (preferred)Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsProject management and change management expertiseCertifications (Preferred)Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt (strongly preferred)Lean certifications
