If you are looking for a company that puts residents before revenue, we encourage you to apply!Position SummaryThe Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for safely administering medications and providing direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while supporting a safe and comfortable environment.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications as ordered and within scope of practice, following facility policies and state regulations.Document medications administered and promptly report refusals, side effects, or adverse reactions.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse.Assist with restorative and preventive care as directed by the nursing team.Maintain medication carts, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.Promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence at all times.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Current, unencumbered CMA certification in the state of Tennessee.Prior Long-term Care/skilled Nursing Experience Preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication orders accurately.Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable.BenefitsGreat payInsurance including health, dental, vision, disability, and lifeEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible scheduling optionsDiscount programReferral program401(k)Paid time offDaily pay accessAnd much more…EEO StatementOrchard View Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center is an equal opportunity employer.
