This role maintains shop equipment, supports crew production goals, and helps identify opportunities to improve service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members\nOperate and maintain equipment according to procedures and competency requirements\nInspect guides for porosity and complete preventive maintenance for night crew\nPull rods through brush table and paint rods after molding is completed\nIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery processes\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\nNo previous work experience required\nAbility to work M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in a shop environment\nNon-driver role; no respirator required\nVEVRAA Federal Contractor.
