We will always be clear about role expectations.\r\nWhat you need to have to be considered\r\n8+ years of IT, Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot\r\nProven experience building large-scale, high-performance microservices\r\nHands-on experience with Apache Kafka and distributed messaging systems\r\nExperience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB\r\nCloud experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\r\nSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production support practices\r\nExperience designing resilient, scalable backend systems\r\nThese will help you stand out\r\nExperience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics\r\nPrior experience leading or mentoring engineers in distributed teams\r\nStrong communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions\r\nPlease note: This role will require an in-person meet and greet at our Cognizant offices or client location.\r\nApplications will be accepted until April 3rd, 2026.\r\nSalary and Other Compensation\r\nThe annual salary for this position is between $99,500 to $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
