This role follows documented procedures, monitors ticket queues, and ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDocument all activities, projects, and tickets daily in the ticketing system.\n\nHandoff and document in-progress tickets before the end of each shift.\n\nMonitor the ticket gateway and designated queues.\n\nEscalate issues as documented in IT Glue.\n\nCreate or update IT Glue articles with new customer findings.\n\nCommunicate with vendors to resolve outage issues.\n\nBuild client rapport during onsite assignments (in-person troubleshooting, walkthroughs, client interaction).\n\nWork 100% onsite at client-assigned locations, commuting and walking between buildings as required.\n\nExpectations\n\nMaintain established ticket SLAs as defined by manager.\n\nMaintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores as defined by manager.\n\nSubmit weekly timesheets by end of shift Friday.\n\nWork and document established billable hours each week.\n\nBe available for scheduled on-call rotations.\n\nMeet annual goals and objectives set in HRIS with quarterly reviews.\n\nTechnical Proficiencies\n\nTicketing software: Incident management and time tracking.\n\nRemote system access: Running scripts and pushing approved actions.\n\nActive Directory: Basic knowledge of security groups, group policy fundamentals, and domain controllers.\n\nVirtualization: Basic knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V for user incident support.\n\nMicrosoft Windows/Servers: Basic knowledge in patching, maintenance, and differentiating physical vs. virtual servers.\n\nNetworking: Basic troubleshooting skills (DHCP, DNS, ping, nslookup, traceroute).\n\nSoftware as assigned.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to handle equipment, talk, hear, read, write, and interpret documents.\n\nOccasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations).\n\n If this sounds like what you’re looking for, it could be a great fit—for you and for us.\n\nWhy Join Path Forward IT?\n\nPath Forward IT, a Blue Alliance company, is a nationally recognized managed services provider (MSP) that exclusively supports the healthcare industry.
