Our team specializes in Secure FPGA and Secure Processing applications, integrating advanced technologies to deliver mission-critical solutions.The WorkAs a an Embedded Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of secure embedded processing applications operating at the hardware/software interface.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeDesigning, developing, and maintaining C++ code for embedded secure processing applicationsDeveloping low-level software that interfaces directly with hardware components and communication protocolsWorking with hardware communication protocols such as PCIe, SPI, and I2CCreating, configuring, and maintaining embedded Linux images (including kernel configuration and system bring-up activities)Supporting integration, system bring-up, and debugging in lab environmentsMaintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to streamline secure software deliveryCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, test, and deliver prototype and production-ready systemsEnsuring software solutions meet stringent security, reliability, performance, and quality standardsPlease NoteThis position is full-time onsite in Owego, NY within a classified environment.U.S. citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.Who We AreLockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security technology.
