If you are an experienced Process Engineer from the metalworking industry looking for global manufacturing company with multiple career paths and locations in the Southeastern US, a center of excellence for manufacturing, safe working environment and an automated operation moving into industry 4.0 standards, then we need to speak with you.Specific Responsibilities:Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction activitiesParticipate as required in all ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 activities such as PFMEA and APQP incentives.Work with Tooling/Maintenance to build better systems of controlDevelop, analyze and implement continuous improvement ideas to meet long term customer required cost reductions and maintain profitabilityCapital equipment and tooling for internal manufacturing systemsProcess development for robust product introductionsProcess improvement to challenge typical ways of engineering to something more exceptionalCreating best practices for center of excellence operationsQualifications:Engineering DegreeRobotics/Automation ExperienceStamping or Assembly of Structural Steel Parts5+ years relevant experience within a metal fabrication and assembly operation for Automotive, Truck, Large appliances, Custom Fabricated Equipment for manufacturing or similar manufacturing.Process development and Process Improvement Experience
