What you can expect in this role AsanInternationalFieldServiceEngineer,you’rethego-toexpertonsite–whetherit’sshipyardsinEuropeorexoticharborsworldwide.You’llleadinstallationandcommissioningofcomplexAV/ITsystems,ensuringourclientsreceivenothingbuttopperformance.
You’llbe:
Leadingandcoordinatingtheon-siteinstallationof(automated)AV/ITequipment
Commissioningandtestingsystemsbasedontechnicalspecs,drawings,andinspectionprotocols
Troubleshooting,correctingdeviations,andensuringsystemsmeetallrequirements
Transferringtechnicalknowledgetoclients,enablingthemtooperatethesystemsindependently
Managingactivitiesofotherengineersduringlarge-scaleprojects
Actingasthecontactpersonforsuppliers,partners,andstakeholderson-site
Registeringupdatesforrevisiondocumentationandfeedingimprovementsbacktoengineering
EnsuringallworkcomplieswithstrictHSEandqualitystandards
RepresentingVBHatprojectmeetingsandinclientcommunications
Takinginitiativetoimproveoutputqualityandsharebestpractices
Whatyoubringonboard Acompleted mbo education, inelectronics,IT,orengineering ispreferable
SeveralyearsofexperienceinAV/ITinstallation,inhigh-endormaritimeenvironmentsisaplus
Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytotaketheleadon-site
FluentinEnglishandDutch–writtenandspoken
