DTF Operator (Direct to Film)

Oklahoma City based custom apparel company is seeking a full-time Direct to Film operator to join our team. The candidate we are seeking is a dedicated person who is a team player, possessing a positive attitude, with good communication skills. You should be able to work well under pressure, meet critical deadlines, be flexible to change, and take pride in your work. Attention to detail is extremely important. This role requires a focused individual who can work independently, manage multiple software systems, and maintain consistent production quality Daily responsibilities will include following production schedules, operating DTF printing equipment, heat press application, maintain printer cleaning and maintenance, inventory management, preserve a clean and organized work area following all safety requirements. Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Experience in the industry is necessity. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
