Job Details:Job Title: Technical EngineerDuration: 1 year contractLocation: hartford, CTTechnical duties:• Support and maintain Business Intelligence platforms both on-prem and in the Cloud.o Includes infrastructure planning and scaling including Cloud platforms, systems maintenance, business customer support, security configuration and management, user management, systems integration, and troubleshooting / problem resolution.• Provide expertise and consulting to technology and business partners on platform usage and optimization.• Responsible for establishing and managing to established engineering quality standards and security protocols.• Help design, document, and implement administrative procedures for the Business Intelligence platforms.• Build, leverage, and maintain effective relationships across technical and business community.
