The Material Handler will keep the line supplied with components and remove waste from the line as needed.\n\nYour role:\n\nAssist the group lead manage the workflow within the assigned manufacturing cell to achieve the daily production objective.\n\nSupervise workflow, move full pallets of finished goods to the proper location and monitor inventory of components to insure the line has enough components to complete the order.\n\nInterface with warehouse personnel to ensure all components are correct and staged in the appropriate area to avoid delays in production.\n\nMaintain the all the materials needed to complete the work order and take appropriate action when it's not.\n\nYou're the right fit if:\n\nYou have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.\n\nNo experience required, preferably knowledgeable on any of the following manufacturing production environments or material handling.\n\nYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.\n\nHow we work together\n\nWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
