Collects, analyzes, and monitors manufacturing and production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes, workflows, or methods. Facilitates communication and collaboration between various functions including design, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure actions and goals are aligned.\n\nCoordinates vendors and suppliers to support program activities and ensures cost, quality, and availability meet customer specifications and schedules. Acts as the primary customer contact for quotations, cost and contract questions, and program issues or changes in requirements. May provide technical support at customer facilities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.\n\nWork is occasionally directed, but generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. May provide training, guidance, and delegate tasks to other team members. Typically requires 2-4 years of directly related experience.\n\nEssential functions\n\nLead planning and implementation of onboarding clients.\nDevelop and maintain detailed integration plans and schedules.\nLead requirements, design, development and testing of integration phases.\nFollow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.\nFacilitate the definition of project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.\nConvey goals and objectives clearly to project team.\nIdentify, track and resolve project risks and issues.\nResolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.\nEnsure integration status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, management and documented appropriately.\nDevelop methods to monitor integration progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary.\nLead project status calls or meetings.\nManage project resource allocation.\nManage tasks and people.\nInteract regularly with clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.\nWork cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.\nMotivate project team members to action.\nEnsure open communication on the project team.\nRelate well to others, to dictate responsibilities, to offer constructive feedback, and to support and encourage others.\nAddress delicate situations and handle conflicts in such a way as to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk.\nAddress problems with problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly and adeptly.\nPrioritize own and team’s work.\nForecast changes and communicate current and projected issues.\nAdd and update Program Management tool.\nEngage, coordinate and plan 3rd party vendor activities and resources.\nComplies with all policies and procedures pertaining to the protection of the Company’s Information Assets, Security and Systems and that of its Clients.\n\nPM22\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent\nMinimum 5 years working in manufacturing preferred\nOutstanding communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization.\nStrong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality.\nStrong interpersonal and presentation skills.\nProven balance of strategic and tactical skills.\nProven ability to consistently turn strategy and vision into reality through effective project management, technical solutions definition, and communications.\nProven aptitude for seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted problems.\nAbility to establish and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.\nFlexible with the ability to work in a collaborative style and move others to action by planning, motivating and organizing work tasks.\nExcellent interpersonal skills that establish and maintain credibility and relationships.\nAble to work effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers\nProfessional mature demeanor under stressful conditions\n\nSupervisory responsibilities\n\nTraining program\n\nWork environment\n\nOffice\n\nTravel required\n\nPotential for minor travel\n\nWork authorization/security clearance requirements\n\nMust be authorized to work in the US, CCI does not currently sponsor Visas\n\nComments\n\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
