This role will play an integral part in the testing, deployment and on-site operations of our fleet orchestration software. The ideal candidate will be excited about working on-site with large scale SAAS products and providing customer support. This role may involve 1-2 weeks of travel per month. Above anything else at Pattern we value enthusiasm, energy, humility, grit, and a can-do attitude.Responsibilities:Customer Focus - help solidify our customer relationships by interacting with them frequently in the field, gathering feedback, and driving any of their issues to resolution.Technical Support - fix issues on the fly and work with the engineers at HQ to maintain our software. Provide initial triage and detailed bug reports. Always keep customer operations running smoothly.Quality Assurance - ensure the quality of our product by supporting weekly release testing and development testing for new features.Knowledge and Experience:2+ years experience in a technical support roleExperience troubleshooting and providing remote supportUnderstanding of software test and deployment cyclesAt Pattern we are committed to being a fun, groundbreaking, and inclusive place to work.
