As a W-2, True North contributes to your Medicare, Social Security, and Unemployment benefits. We cover worker’s compensation insurance and provide paid sick time.$500 Hiring Bonus For Select Candidates after Probationary PeriodTop Earning Potential - Pay Range: $65.00 - $96.00 per hour (determined by experience, the number of billable hours you are willing to maintain per week, specializations, travel area, ages of youth, and presenting challenges you will work with)Independently Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) $77-$96/hrProvisionally Licensed (LSW, LAC, LAMFT) $65-$80/hrFlexibility: Manage your own scheduling (sessions are typically after school hours and evenings based on the youth and family’s needs)Clinical Autonomy: You choose your travel radius, age group, the presenting challenges you want to work with, and your caseload sizeMinimal documentation requirementsFree clinical supervision for provisionally licensed cliniciansAccess to free trainings and CEUsOpportunities for Paid trainings in the Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP) and ARC Grow FrameworkTelehealth options available at youth and family’s preference, during inclement weather, and to avoid service disruption when there is illness in the youth and family’s homeGroup liability insuranceSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementProfessional development assistanceReferral ProgramService AreasChoose your preferred territory within any of the following counties: Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Cape May, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, or Union.Role OverviewAs an IIC Clinician, you will deliver compassionate, individualized therapy to children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, developmental, or substance use challenges. You will provide therapy directly in the child’s home or community setting, collaborate with families to create meaningful, lasting behavioral change, and utilize the PerformCare/CYBER system for documentation and service tracking. ***Telehealth options available at youth and family’s preference, during inclement weather, and to avoid service disruption when there is illness in the youth and family’s home***RequirementsLicensure: Active NJ Clinical License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, AMFT, PsyD, or PhD)Experience: Background in child/adolescent therapy is requiredLogistics: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insuranceDocumentation: Ability to complete clinical notes in a timely mannerCaseload: Ability to maintain a minimum of 8 billable hours/4 cases per week (each child and family are typically authorized for 2 hour sessions, once per week)Preferred but not required: Familiarity with the IIC/CYBER PerformCare system; bilingual candidates (Spanish, ASL, Urdu, Russian, Ukrainian, Pashto, Creole) are highly encouraged to applyWhy Join True North?We were founded by clinicians, for clinicians.
