In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with assembly line processes. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic factory setting while contributing to the production of high-quality products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate a variety of production equipment, small hand tools, test equipment, and precision measuring instruments.\nPerform functions utilizing automated and manual equipment; requires correctable vision, including color discrimination.\nEnsure strict compliance with all procedures and training requirements.\nComplete all required paperwork and documentation for assembly operations.\nCommunicate effectively in English with the Lead, engineer and/or Manager.\nWork Environment:\nWorks in a production or air-conditioned clean-room environment.\nMay requires specific gowning attire to maintain a particle-free environment.\nLow to moderate noise levels with minor exposure to chemicals.\nPhysical Requirements:\nRequires significant sitting, stooping, and walking.\nRequires manual dexterity and the ability to reach, hold, grasp, and move items.\nSubject to standing for extended periods.\nQualifications:\nExperience: Some related experience preferred, willing to train.\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED. Required\nSkills\nProven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment.\nMechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions.\nFamiliarity with assembly line processes and factory workflows.\nProficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.\nPrior warehouse experience is advantageous.\nAbility to work efficiently on first shift with consistent attendance.
