procedure\nDirectly assists the surgical team during the surgical procedures.\nPasses instruments and supplies in a safe and functional manner.\nHandles specimens properly.\nIncorporates Clinic Guiding Principles, Mission Statement and Goals into daily activities.\nComplies with all Lahey Clinic Policies.\nComplies with behavioral expectations of the department and Lahey Clinic\n.\n\nMaintains courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients.\nDemonstrates an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment.\nDemonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.\nParticipates in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.\nSuccessfully completes Mandatory Education.\nPerforms all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation: Requires successful completion of an approved surgical technologist program or surgical technologist training in the military services.\n\nLicensure, Certification, Registration: None\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Abilities: Demonstrates the ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards.\n\nExperience: Up to one year of experience in a hospital
