This role serves as the primary liaison between field operations, vendors, repair facilities, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyparts availability,accurateinventory control, effective project execution, and continuous process improvement.\r\nThe position combinespurchasingcoordination, inventory management, project management, supplier management, and operational support responsibilities while driving efficiency, cost control, and service excellence throughout the organization.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nManage procurement activities for elevator parts, components, boards, drives, and related materials to support field operations, modernization projects, repairs, and maintenance activities.\r\nIssue and manage purchase orders,monitorsupplier performance, negotiate pricing, and ensuretimelydelivery of materials and services.\r\nSupport technicians, supervisors, and project teams by sourcing parts, researching part numbers,identifyingalternatives, and resolving material shortages.\r\nCoordinate and oversee board and drive repair and exchange programs, including inventory management, repair tracking, replenishment, workflow prioritization, and stakeholder communication.\r\nMaintainaccurateinventory records, asset tracking, and inventory databases within ERP, Salesforce, and other business systems.\r\nMonitor inventory levels, usage trends, and demand forecasts tooptimizestock levels and minimize operational downtime.\r\nConduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.\r\nCoordinate shipping, receiving, material verification, returns, warranty claims, repair shipments, and vendorreturns.\r\nCollaborate with field operations, service teams, modernization teams, warehouse personnel, vendors, and leadership to support project execution and operational requirements.\r\nTrack and communicate parts availability, order status, repair progress, and delivery schedules to stakeholders.\r\nSupport project planning and execution by coordinating material requirements, tracking procurement milestones, and resolving supply chain issues.\r\nAnalyze purchasing, inventory, supplier, and operational performance data and prepare reports, recommendations, and improvement initiatives.\r\nDevelop andmaintainstandard operating procedures, documentation, and process improvements related topurchasing, inventory control, repair operations, and parts management.\r\nPartner with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and inventory transactions.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and inventory control procedures.\r\nStay current on elevator industry products, technologies, manufacturer updates, and supply chain trends.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nAssociate'sorBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, ora relatedfield preferred.\r\n3+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, operations, project coordination, or related functions.\r\nExperience in the elevator industry or a related mechanical, electrical, construction, or industrial environment preferred.\r\nKnowledge of elevator components, boards, drives, and repair processes preferred.\r\nExperience with ERP systems, Salesforce, inventory management systems, or similar business platforms.\r\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\r\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\r\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\r\nReporting and data analysis skills.\r\nExperience with process improvement and change management initiatives.\r\nWorking Conditions\r\nPrimarily office-based with regular interaction in warehouse, inventory, and repair environments.
