Annual Salary: $185,000 – $250,000 (DOE) + Bonuses + Ownership Opportunity

What You'll Do as Medical Director
Guiding and mentoring veterinarians and technicians
Developing and refining medical protocols
Partnering with the Practice Manager to drive hospital growth and efficiency
Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and support
Leading with empathy and integrity, while championing high standards of care

Experienced, well‑trained Licensed Technicians on staff, and the ability to manage complex cases
Grooming services and boarded surgeon & cardiologist available by appointment
Modern cloud‑based PIMS with integrated labs and imaging
About You
DVM (or equivalent) with an active New York State license
5+ years of veterinary experience
Strong communicator and collaborative leader
Passionate about mentorship, protocol development, and medical excellence
Able to coach, delegate, and support a high‑performing team
Organized, self‑motivated, and solutions‑oriented
