Electrical Mechanical Technician

Electrical Mechanical TechnicianJoin our maintenance team where you'll design minor electrical circuits and test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits used for machine and equipment control. Your role will also involve troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and installing electrical and electronic controls on machines by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. A strong knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems is essential, as is the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs.Responsibilities:Design minor electrical circuits.Test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic circuits.Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment.Read and interpret schematics or blueprints.Perform basic mechanical repairs.Essential Skills:Troubleshooting expertise in electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.Two-year Associate degree.2-4 years of work experience.Ability to utilize a computer for parts search and work entry into a CMMS.Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Potential to obtain Journeyman Maintenance or Electrician certification.Experience with 3 Phase systems.Why Work Here?Enjoy a generous sign-on bonus and the opportunity to earn top wages.
