Server 2008 R2 through 2022)\n\nEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n5–7 years of experience in IT architecture, consulting, or engineering roles.\nProven track record in designing and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions.\nExpertise in:\nFile share migrations from on-premises to SharePoint Online.\nIdentity management migrations from ADDS and workgroups to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nEmail migrations from G Suite, on-premises Exchange, and POP3 to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.\nAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD) design, deployment, and user migration.\nStrong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and client stakeholders.\nDemonstrated commitment to continuous professional development through certifications, training, and hands-on learning.\nEDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nPreferred certifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialist\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert\nMCSA/E, Net+, CCNA (optional but beneficial)\nValid driver’s license and proof of insurance required;
