This role is responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing CNC programs for machining composite materials and related components, ensuring precision and efficiency in production. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings and CAD files, selecting appropriate tools and machining parameters, setting up CNC machines, and collaborating with operators to ensure accurate execution of programs. The CNC Programmer will troubleshoot machining issues, adjust programs to improve cycle times and quality, and maintain documentation for all programs and processes.
