You will assemble customer orders for shipment as part of the production and distribution team. The Load-Builder reports to the Production Manager.\nYou Will:\nReceive finished, cleaned products from production departments and organize them for order assembly.\nReview packing requirements and place correct products into designated route carts, bins, or storage locations.\nMaintain product flow in the load-building area to support delivery schedules.\nIdentify and report product shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.\nMeet established productivity, quality, and safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nLog in and out of Spindle (internal productivity tracking system).\nWhat You Bring:\nRecognize product colors, sizes, and types.\nCounting and sorting of textiles for order assembly.\nInspection of finished products to identify quality concerns.\nFollow written packing instructions and operational procedures.\nWork Environment and Requirements:\nYou will perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.
