This role will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure construction is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable standards.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in grading, drainage, roadway, and utility construction.\nKey Responsibilities Perform field inspections on site development and utility construction projects , including: Earthwork, grading, and stormwater systems\nWater and sanitary sewer installation\nRoadways, sidewalks, and paving\n\nVerify construction activities are compliant with: Approved plans and specifications\nLocal, state, and federal regulations\nIndustry standards and best practices\n\nDocument daily field activities through: Inspection reports\nPhotos and field notes\n\nCoordinate with contractors to address deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented\nAssist with quantity tracking and material verification\nObserve and document testing activities (compaction, concrete, asphalt, etc.)\nSupport project teams by communicating field conditions, issues, and progress updates\nAttend project meetings as needed or CDD meetings as required.
