We hope you can join us in that mission.\n\nIf you’re looking for a role where you can make the internet a safer place for future generations\nwhile helping us achieve exponential growth - then this role is for you.\n\nHelp us keep Music, Advertising, Marketing, Applications, Connected TV, Social Media, E-\nCommerce, Banking, Healthcare Human!\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssist new and existing customers in utilizing the company platform by providing advanced configuration guidance and top-tier issue resolution.\nWork closely with customers as the primary point of contact for technical support requests and issue resolution.\nProvide feedback to the Product Management and Engineering Teams on customer feature requests and product enhancements.\nCollaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams to improve documentation, ease of use, and automation.\nFully understand the detection and mitigation of security threats and related automated attack and fraud models with regards to how the integration would be optimized to support this.\nBecome a subject matter expert on our products and technologies, and maintain expertise through ongoing education and professional networking.\nWho You Are\nSolid understanding of Bots, Automated Attacks, Application Security, OWASP Top 10, Internet Telecommunication, and the Cybersecurity Industry. Ability to align customers’ business needs with technical solutions.\n5-9 years of experience as a Security Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Architect.\n3+ years of full-stack experience with exposure to NGINX, Apache, Node, PHP, .NET.\nExperience with CDN technologies, DNS, WAF, APIs, and load balancing services.\nProven track record of working with enterprise customers.\nEffective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to prioritize and complete tasks independently.\nOwnership mindset for delivering appropriate technical solutions.\nCalm demeanor to prevent escalations and resolve customer issues.\nAnalytical and methodical problem-solving skills.\nExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nFamiliarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX, and Virtualization Environments.\nProficiency in Programming and Scripting languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Shell, PHP, Node.js.\nSuperior written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with new customers.\nThe base pay range for this position is $135,000- $165,000 which can include additional on-target bonus and/or incentives. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
