This is a critical role requiring expertise in electronics inspection and familiarity with defense and aerospace industry standards. This flexible, part-time role is an excellent opportunity for retirees with extensive electronics inspection experience who are looking to stay engaged and make a meaningful contribution to the aerospace and defense industry.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct visual and dimensional inspections on electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies, focusing on printed boards.\nReview and verify parts against engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, industry standards, and specifications.\nDocument and report inspection results (accept/reject) directly to the customer using web applications or Microsoft Office tools.\nEnsure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in electronics inspection, specifically with printed boards, in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.\nCertifications:\nRequired: IPC-600 Certification (preferred) or IPC-610 Certification (acceptable).\nComprehensive knowledge of electronics and defense requirements.\nStrong attention to detail and proficiency in reporting inspection results.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires travel to the supplier’s facility in Santa Clara, CA.\nFlexible hours (8 hours per week) with potential for ongoing collaboration.\n\nWhy Join Verify Inc.?\nAt Verify Inc., you’ll be part of a team that values precision, expertise, and dedication.
