Have the opportunity to build a satisfying career.We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Team Members.Sr. Director of Quality Technical ServicesThe Sr. Director of Quality Technical Services is responsible for and ensures that all bottled water, beverage, and aseptic products meet federal, state, local and customer requirements regarding product quality. The Sr. Director of Quality Technical Services is a leadership position that develops the quality technical programs and project management activities that enable project commissioning and line acceptance from a finished product perspective. This position oversees the strategy and execution of several key corporate focus areas, including Natural Resources Management, oversight and development of the Corporate Quality Assurance Laboratories, Food Safety and Sanitation. This role will collaborate with the functional leaders of Water Quality, Beverage Quality, Quality Systems and Compliance and Regulatory affairs to maintain laboratory data supporting finished products and ensure customer satisfaction.This position reports to the Vice President of Quality and Food Safety.Essential FunctionsMaintain rigorous policies and programs to ensure the company is effectively and proactively protecting the company, customers and consumers from any product related risk.Develop policies and procedures to monitor water, beverage, and aseptic quality across all products.Oversee the Natural Resources Manager and direct the overall spring and source water strategy company-wide. Ensures a spring water quality program that enables growth in required markets.Develop and maintain a source water approval processOversee the Corporate Quality Laboratory, including the budgeting, staffing, and procedural activities.Evaluate, research, and recommend action on emerging contaminant issues.Assist with monthly reporting of Quality data to upper management.Communicate and manage corporate quality communication to plant level QA personnel.Establish and communicate quality standards and ensure they are understood and followed.Establish priorities for quality teams that are aligned with each other and the broader corporate business plan.Design and implement key food safety quality into every quality project.Attracts and retains people through appropriate development, recognition, and rewards; builds and establishes a motivated employee groupAccomplishes department results by meeting with direct reports & communicating performance expectations, setting objectives, monitoring & appraising performance; coaching, training, disciplining & enforcing corporate policies & procedures“Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
