VP/Community Reinvestment Officer

As The VP, Community Reinvestment Officer, You Will Lead Lake City Bank’s Community Engagement Strategy And Drive Efforts That Support Growth, Equity, And Access Across Northern Indiana. As a VP, Community Reinvestment Officer, You WillBuild and maintain relationships with community development organizations, local governments, nonprofits, and partner agencies across Northern Indiana to identify current and emerging community needs, surface external barriers, collaborate on solutions, and represent the bank in community coalitions and development initiatives. Proactively identify new community development opportunities, referral channels, and partnerships that support CRA-eligible lending, services, and investments. Conduct calling efforts (including joint calls) to generate referrals to support community development loan, investment, service, and HMDA lending growth, and advance the bank’s Community Development Service Test strategy. Basic Qualifications IncludeBachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent experience required. Eight+ years banking and/or community development, CRA, affordable housing, or economic development experience required. Personal computer competency – advanced level Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required. Ability to author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
