Looking for someone who will show up when scheduled ready to work. Our store hours are 8:00 - 7:00 Monday -Saturday and 10:00 -7:00 on Sunday. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.\nAssess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.\nWelcome customers to the store and answer their queries.\n“Go the extra mile” to provide customer satisfaction.\nMaintain in-stock and presentable condition in all areas.\nActively seek out customers in store\nRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.\nProcess POS (point of sale) purchases\nHandle returns of merchandise.\nMerchandising abilities\nAssemble merchandise.\nHelp customers load merchandise.\nArrive on time ready to work when scheduled.\nMust work weekends.\nSkills\nProven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Customer Service representative or similar role\nBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices\nMerchandising experience\nAssemble merchandise\nAble to lift 50 - 80 pounds\nProficiency in English\nBasic Math skills\nWorking knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements\nHands-on experience with POS transactions\nA friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus\nAbility to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner\nAvailability to work flexible shifts.
