This is a full-time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. This position requires travel as needed as clients require – you must have overall travel flexibility to support clients' onsite.\r\nAs an Oracle SCM Lead/ Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for our clients. This is a customer-facing role that requires extensive experience in Oracle SCM Order Management Cloud. You will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, configuring the system, and ensuring successful deployment of Oracle SCM solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.\r\nGather and analyze client requirements to design and configure Oracle SCM solutions tailored to their business needs.\r\nProvide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of consultants involved in the implementation process.\r\nConduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.\r\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment of the solution with business objectives.\r\nProactively identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating when necessary.\r\nStay updated with the latest Oracle SCM features, updates, and industry best practices.\r\nThis role can be performed anywhere in the U.S.\r\nRequired technical and professional expertise\r\nBachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.\r\n15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management.\r\nProven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects.\r\nStrong understanding of business processes related to supply chain and logistics.\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team management.\r\nIn-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules.\r\nPreferred technical and professional experience\r\nOracle Fusion SCM Certification(s).\r\nExperience in leading a team of SCM consultants on multiple implementation projects.\r\nKnowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules like Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.\r\nFamiliarity with industry-specific SCM requirements (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution).\r\nExperience with third-party integration tools and technologies.\r\nAbility to provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps for clients.\r\nNote: The preferred qualifications are desirable but not mandatory for the position.\r\nThis Oracle SCM Lead/ Architect role is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and extensive experience in implementing solutions for clients.
