About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives. Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Oversee program performance, reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution. Establish and maintain governance standards, delivery frameworks, and best practices while supporting continuous improvement.
