Studio Logistics CoordinatorWe are seeking a Studio Logistics Coordinator to support a studio logistics team responsible for overseeing the end-to-end movement of production-related assets and materials. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient, high-quality logistics operations while supporting productions and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.You will collaborate across multiple teams to coordinate shipments, maintain data accuracy, and ensure operational excellence across logistics workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Coordination & Execution Process local and domestic shipments end-to-end, including coordination and tracking Provide support to specialists on international shipments as needed Oversee production-related shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery Review shipping documents such as manifests and invoices for special handling requirementsData Management & Operations Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment tracking within internal systems Maintain and update internal databases and logistics workflows Manage administrative tasks to support operational efficiencyStakeholder Support & Communication Provide quotes, shipment status updates, and ongoing communication to internal stakeholders Deliver high-quality customer service to cross-functional partners Provide feedback to shipping vendors to ensure service quality and compliance with standardsCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across logistics, production, technology, marketing, compliance, and operations Support onboarding of production crews into logistics workflows Contribute to the coordination of complex logistics projects across multiple stakeholdersRequired Skills & QualificationsProfessional Experience 10+ years of experience in the entertainment industry or 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping environments Experience in production office roles such as production coordinator or assistant production coordinator preferred Experience with domestic shipping including air freight, small parcel, LTL, and FTLTechnical & Operational Skills Knowledge of transportation and shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and air waybills Strong proficiency with digital tools, document creation, and coordination platforms Ability to manage high volumes of work across multiple projectsCore Competencies Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Customer service mindset and ability to support cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications Experience with international or entertainment logistics shipping Familiarity with tools such as Airtable and Google Workspace Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partnersPay Rate Range$30–60/hr.
