This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing practice group with a well-established client base.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage general civil, commercial, real estate, HOA-related, and/or business litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trialDevelop and execute case strategies, legal arguments, and risk mitigation approachesProvide strategic legal advice and counseling to clients involved in disputesMaintain and strengthen client relationshipsDraft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement agreementsRepresent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiationsMentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staffActively participate in business development and client acquisition efforts Qualifications7+ years of experience in civil, commercial, real estate, complex, and/or business litigationActive Nevada Bar admission requiredTrial experience preferredPortable book of business preferredStrong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsExperience supervising attorneys and legal staff preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage, ProLaw, or similar systems a plus BenefitsCompensation: $200,000+, commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life insurancePaid time offEmployee assistance program
