This individual will oversee project teams, coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThe ideal candidate possesses extensive experience managing electrical scopes exceeding $20M on hyperscale data center projects and demonstrates strong leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship management skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Leadership & Execution\n\nManage all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.\nLead project planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, commissioning, and turnover activities.\nDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.\nCoordinate with general contractors, owners, engineering firms, and field leadership teams.\n\nFinancial Management\n\nManage project P&L, cash flow, forecasting, and cost controls.\nAnalyze and report project performance metrics, productivity, and financial health.\nReview and approve change orders, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project profitability and operational efficiency.\n\nClient Relationship Management\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for owners, developers, and project stakeholders.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale clients and strategic partners.\nLead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding budget, schedule, and project milestones.\nDrive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.\n\nTeam Leadership\n\nLead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.\n\nSafety & Quality\n\nChampion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety programs.\nPartner with field leadership to achieve project safety goals.\nEnsure quality control processes are implemented and maintained throughout project execution.\n\nPreconstruction & Procurement\n\nParticipate in estimating reviews, constructability analysis, and value engineering efforts.\nSupport procurement of major electrical equipment including:\nMedium-voltage switchgear\nPower distribution equipment\nGenerators\nUPS systems\nBusway systems\nData center electrical infrastructure\nManage long-lead equipment schedules and vendor relationships.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.\nMinimum 7+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.\nMinimum 3+ years managing hyperscale data center projects.\nExperience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+.\nStrong knowledge of:\nMedium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems\nMission-critical infrastructure\nPower distribution systems\nElectrical commissioning processes\nNEC and applicable electrical codes\nProven success managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.\nProficiency with:\nMicrosoft Project\nPrimavera P6\nProcore\nBluebeam\nMicrosoft Office Suite\n\nBenefits\n\nSalary: $75K - $100K DOE\n\nMedical\n\nDental\n\nVision\n\n401k\n\nBonus\n\nRelocation\n\nTelecommute\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
