This individual will play a key role in supporting the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing financial performance against key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to leadership to support critical business decisions. The Senior Analyst will serve as a trusted analytical resource, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.What You'll DoFinancial Planning & ModelingSupporting the development of long-term financial plans aligned with company goals and objectivesAssisting in the annual budgeting process, including revenue and expense forecastingBuilding and maintaining financial models to evaluate potential business strategies and investmentsPerformance Analysis and ReportingTracking financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and analyzing root causesPreparing financial reports and presentations for management, including key performance indicators (KPIs)Conducting analysis of business trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to support decision-makingCollaboration & DevelopmentPartnering with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insightsSupporting the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reportingContributing to a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision making within the teamDecision SupportProviding financial analysis and recommendations to support key business initiatives, including new product launches, investments, and cost optimization effortsAssisting with scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess potential risks and opportunitiesHOW YOU WILL SUCCEED:Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling techniquesStrong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusionsAbility to understand business operations, drivers, and strategic priorities across different departmentsStrong communication skills to effectively present financial information to management and cross-functional partnersA proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance rolesPursuit of or completion of a relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plusEEO STATEMENTTeton Ridge is an equal opportunity employer.
