This role blends hands-on administration (security model, declarative automation, data quality, user support) with intermediate development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration troubleshooting) to keep Salesforce reliable and aligned to business process. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a Flow with sales leadership and writing an Apex trigger to enforce it at scale.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwns Salesforce administration: user setup, security model (Profiles, Permission Sets/Groups, sharing rules, field-level security), page layouts, record types, and Lightning App Builder configuration.\nDevelops Apex (classes, triggers, test classes) and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce beyond what declarative tools can support, following best practices.\nBuilds and maintains Flow-based automation (Screen Flows, record-triggered Flows).\nSupports and troubleshoots existing integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (ERP, CPQ, middleware), escalating architecture-level changes as needed.\nCollaborates with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business.\nMaintains, monitors and improves data quality (deduplication, validation rules, required fields).\nAdheres to Salesforce best practices and, maintain documentation for all custom development.\nRemains current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.\nCreates and executes user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.\nTakes ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codes.\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMin 3-5 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience.\nSalesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I strongly preferred.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication and analytical skills.\nWorking knowledge of the Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and the standard sales/service object model.\n\nSkills\n\nDeclarative Automation (Flow, Validation Rules)\nApex & Lightning Web Components\nSecurity Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)\nProblem Solving\nReports & Dashboards\nIntegration Troubleshooting (APIs, middleware-connected systems)\n\nWorking Conditions\n\n· Full-time position with standard office hours\n\n· Flexibility may be required to support executive schedules, events, or urgent priorities\n\n· This position is eligible for Hybrid work\n\nTPC Wire & Cable Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
