Whether you thrive supporting young learners in elementary settings or have a background in managing more aggressive behaviors in Life Skills classrooms, your skills are valued here.What We're Looking For:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requiredPrior experience in school settings is a plus-though RBT/behavioral experience is most criticalExperience or confidence working 1:1 and with varied age groups (elementary, middle, high school)CPI certification and/or experience with aggressive caseloads is highly preferred, especially for Life Skills assignmentsComfortable supporting multiple grade levels and adapting to diverse student needs In This Role, You Will:Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support and instructionCollaborate with teachers, staff, and support teams to implement behavior intervention plansAssist in a dedicated elementary behavior classroom and contribute across campus to Life Skills programmingApply evidence-based behavioral strategies to help students reach their academic and personal goalsMaintain detailed documentation and participate actively in team meetings
