We are currently building a pipeline of Program Analysts across various levels to support FAA program management office (PMO) contract opportunities as they become available.\n\nThe Program Analyst will support a variety of federal programs, providing assistance with program planning, scheduling, coordination, and overall project support. This role is ideal for individuals with varying levels of experience who are interested in working on complex federal projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in managing the day-to-day operations and administrative support of federal programs.\nSupport the development and tracking of program schedules, budgets, and milestones.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that program objectives are met on time and within budget.\nMonitor program performance, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.\nAssist in preparing program documentation, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.\nProvide support for risk management, change control, and issue resolution.\nAnalyze program data and prepare status reports to track progress against objectives.\nContribute to the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and best practices.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, or a related field.\nMinimum 0–3 years of experience for Junior Program Analyst OR 4+ years of experience for Senior Program Analyst in program management, operations, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting federal programs or PMOs (especially with FAA or DOT).\nFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).\nKnowledge of federal acquisition and procurement processes.\nPMP or related certifications (for senior level candidates).\nExperience with data analysis, reporting, and program performance metrics.\nWhat to Expect\nThis is a pipeline opportunity for anticipated FAA contract work.
