This role is responsible for maintaining accurate production data, supporting system reporting, and coordinating activities that help ensure efficient production flow, quality, and compliance.\n\nThe ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and systems, and able to effectively communicate with teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S).\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nValidate daily production output, product types, and quantities.\n\nPerform daily headcount validation and production reporting.\n\nSupport production flow and provide break coverage as needed.\n\nServe as an MES Superuser, troubleshooting system issues and assisting production users.\n\nEnter, verify, and reconcile production data in MES and SAP.\n\nTrack production orders, consumables, and material usage.\n\nSupport shift NCMRs, including documentation and closure tracking.\n\nValidate BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy.\n\nTrack chemical usage and update VOC data for EH&S reporting.\n\nPrepare and distribute routine operational reports.\n\nWork collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EH&S teams to support daily production requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate records and ensure information is entered and reported in a timely manner.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to interpret, analyze, and communicate data effectively.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience working with SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\n\nUnderstanding of manufacturing workflows and production reporting.\n\nExperience with production data entry, inventory tracking, or operational reporting.\n\nFamiliarity with quality processes, NCMRs, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing documentation.\n\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in manufacturing operations, production systems, and data management while working closely with multiple teams in a dynamic production environment.\n\nApply today to be considered for this opportunity!\n\nPay Details: $22.60 per hour\n\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
